Definition of quality

Standard definition of quality:

The set of characteristics and features that must be present in a product or service to make it perform its function to the fullest and satisfy the consumer

VISION:

The institution's image, ambitions and long-term goals MISSION Message: The declared constitution of the institution that clarifies the mission of the institution and its target audience Concept of quality education: Quality of education means a set of standards, procedures and decisions whose implementation aims to improve the educational environment, so that these standards include educational institutions with their various frameworks and forms, the teaching and administrative staff, and the conditions of employees who have a direct or indirect relationship with the educational system.

QUALITY ASSURANCE:

It is an activity and a means to ensure that the requirements and standard standards required for the organization are met to achieve the organization’s goal to reach outputs that satisfy the labor market and the needs of society.

ACCREDITATION ACCREDITATION:

The recognition, which the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Authority grants to an institution, if it can prove that its programs comply with the declared and approved standards and that it has systems in place to ensure the quality and continuous improvement of its academic activities, in accordance with the declared controls published by the Commission.

SELF ASSESSMENT:

A personal measurement of the progress made by an individual in his work by thinking about what he has learned, the extent of his personal benefit from it, and the result of that

 QUALITY COMMITTEES:

 The group of people, whether inside or outside the institution, who are responsible for monitoring the quality system within the institution.

ACADEMIC REFERENCE STANDARDS Reference Standards:

Reference points by which the standards and quality of the program can be compared, thus representing general expectations about the levels of achievement and general characteristics that should be met by a graduate of a specialization.

 INTERNAL SYSTEM FOR QUALITY MANAGEMENT:

 The system adopted by the institution to improve the level of educational programs and other influencing elements, as it includes accurate identification of quality specifications, identification of good practices in addition to identifying obstacles to the learning process, following up on performance and suggestions for improvement.

ENTERPRISE INTERNAL RULE

The rules and laws that regulate the work within the organization and define the responsibilities under each job title.

ORGANIZATION CHART

A chart that shows the division of work within the organization and the title of available jobs within the organization.
