In his meeting with Prof. Osamu Tsutsumi, prof. of Polymers, Ritsumeikan University, Assiut University President, Prof. Tarek El-Gammal assured that the university is keen on enforcing all means cooperation with different Japanese universities in the fields of student, academic and cultural exchange so as to strengthen the relationships between the two countries. Prof. Tsutsumi's visit to Assiut University is part of the International program implemented by Science Fund in collaboration with the Japanese Society for developing Physical and Human Sciences, technological Development. The program aims at cooperation with Egyptian universities in supporting and sponsoring scientific research in addition other programs and scholarships for Egyptian researchers.
