Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Dwaib Hussein Saber, Dean of the College, 
Professor Dr. Muammar Rateeb, Vice Dean of the College for Community Service and 
Environmental Development Affairs, and Professor Dr. Rajab Al-Kahlawi, Vice Dean of 
the College for Education and Student Affairs, the College organized a course in 
the field of civil protection at the College in the presence of Major General 
Ibrahim Anous, the University’s Advisor for Security, and Professor Mohamed Abdel-Aal, 
director of civil protection at the university.
Dr. Dwaib Hussein Saber confirmed that the university and college spare no effort in 
supporting the Civil Protection Department to carry out its mission in preserving human 
resources, by organizing many training courses and workshops to introduce people to 
how to deal with various crises and how to intervene quickly to save lives and facilities. 
And property in anticipation of any circumstance.
In this regard, His Excellency also praised the keenness of the university administration, 
under the patronage of Professor Dr. Ahmed Al-Minshawy, President of the University, 
to spread the culture of civil protection and introduce mechanisms for dealing with 
various crises, calling on the trainees to make the maximum possible benefit from 
the training and to spread the training experiences among their colleagues and all 
those around them to achieve the greater goal of Training is to spread the culture 
of civil protection.
