Under the patronage of Prof. Adel Rasmi Hammad Al-Najdi, Dean of the College and Chairman of the Quality Assurance UnitThe Quality Assurance Unit was held at the Faculty of Education, Assiut UniversityA seminar entitled "Preparation of reports of programs and courses of graduate studies at the College"On Monday 28/5-2018 at 11:00 am at the College Council Hall, Attended by (18) members of the faculty and their assistants from the College.Dr. Hamdi Mohammed Al-Bitar, Director of Quality Assurance Unit, welcomed the meetingWith the attendance of faculty members and their assistants, on top of themDr. Ali Kamal, Vice Dean of Graduate Studies and Head of Graduate Studies,And Dr. Osama Mahmoud Al-Hanan, Executive Director, Graduate Studies.Professor Ali Kamal, Vice-Dean of Graduate Studies and Head of Graduate Studies, stressed the importance of the symposium, especially at the current stage, as the postgraduate standard is the standard for accreditation.Dr. Hamdy Mohammed Al-Bitar, Director of Quality Assurance Unit explained that there is a set of tasks that were issued by a decision by Mr. Adel Adel Rasmi Hammad Al-Najdi, Dean of the College and Chairman of the Quality Assurance Unit regarding the assignment of a group of faculty members by writing programs reports and stage decisions. Postgraduate studies at the college.Then, Dr. Hamdy Mohamed Mohamed El-Bitar, Director of the Quality Assurance Unit at the College, presented the models of the programs and decisions for the graduate studies in the college and the method of writing the reports accurately through the program report form, the report report form,Dr. Osama El-Hanan, Executive Director of the Graduate Studies Unit, explained that these models will be complemented by the results of the students through the database of the graduate phase of the college electronically.Dr. Hamdi Mohammed Al-Bitar, Director of the Quality Assurance Unit at the College, confirmed the delivery of the reports of the graduate programs and decisions by the next Monday, 4/6/2018 at the office of Prof. Dr. Ali Kamal Kamal, High.The seminar ended with a set of recommendations:1. Review the characterization of programs and decisions and ensure that the standard matrices with targeted learning outcomes and decisions are in the preparation of program reports and curricula for the postgraduate level2 - Emphasize the work of the reports of programs and decisions through the description of programs and decisions and the result of students in the program in the postgraduate stage3 - Emphasize the preparation of the proposals for the development plan of the program and the decisions to contribute to the development of programs and courses at the postgraduate level.
