Rules for accepting expatriates

The admission requirements for incoming undergraduate students

     Application Procedures:

  1. The student applies through the website of the 'Study in Egypt' platform (http://admission.study-in-egypt.gov.eg).
  2. The student uploads the required documents onto the website.
  3. The student selects the faculties they wish to enroll in (up to 10 preferences).
  4. The student pays the service fees (coordination, qualification modernization, club subscription, university registration fee) at least 14 days from the date of their initial nomination. In case of non-payment, electronic coordination will be re-conducted on 15/9/2023.
  5.  After the issuance of the preliminary nomination, the student submits the original documents to the university (or their authorized representative, such as a legal guardian or embassy) no later than 30/9/2023, without the university collecting any additional fees.
  6. For students nominated for admission to private higher institutes, technical institutes, health institutes, academies, technological colleges, students seeking presidential authentication, and those granted agency scholarships, they are to submit their files through the student (or their authorized representative, such as a legal guardian, the student's embassy, or express mail) to the Central Administration for Foreign Students Affairs. The Central Administration for Foreign Students Affairs will issue the digital certificate.
  7. In case the information provided in the original student file is inaccurate, the nomination will be canceled, and the student will not be entitled to any refund of the fees paid.

Application Requirements:

  1. The applicant student must be non-Egyptian.
  2. The student must apply through the website of the 'Study in Egypt' platform (http://admission.study-in-egypt.gov.eg), ensuring that the student's name is written according to their passport or refugee card.
  3. The applicant student must have completed secondary education or its equivalent.
  4. Fulfillment of the required papers and documents for application.
