Research Abstract

This study was conducted in 2012 aiming to know the effect of organizational values and organizational justice at the level of personnel’s performance at the directorate of youth and sport in Assuit Governorate. The two researchers depended on questionnaire form as a tool for collecting data from the researchers’ preparation. The scientific dealings of the questionnaire forms were conducted and featured with acceptable validity and reliability. The two researchers used the descriptive curriculum. The sample reached (250) person, of which 11 person at the senior management and (239) at the level of the executive management of personnel at the directorates of youth and sport in Assuit governorate. One of the most important result of the research is the effect of organizational values at the level of personnel’s performance at the senior management and executive management of the directorate of youth and sport in Assuit governorate reached 0.98%. The effect of organizational justice at the level of personnel’s performance at the senior management of the directorate of youth and sport in Assuit governorate reached 0.97%. The effect of organizational justice at the level of personnel’s performance at the executive management of the directorate of youth and sport in Assuit governorate reached 0.96%.
