Connection of Organizational Culture with Behavioral Styles in the Case of the Managers of the Youth Sections Care in Decision-Making

Research Abstract

The study was processed out in 2009 in order to show the relationship between the organizational culture and behavioral patterns in the case of the managers of the youth care administrations in decision-making and used a two forms of a questionnaire as a tool for data collection, the first questionnaire about the organizational culture made by the researchers and the second questionnaire for the behavioral patterns of managers in the decision-making, prepared by El Maghraby (1998) and they were carried out the transactions for the two scientific forms of the questionnaire and found that it was genuinely and consistently accepted and used the descriptive approach, the sample deal with 45 staff member of the senior management Administrations in Youth Care at Assiut University and most the important results of research that there is a positive significant statistical positive relationship between the organizational culture and behavioral patterns when the managers of youth care of Assiut University make administrative decisions and the organizational culture is responsible for the change in the rational pattern rate (54.4%) and in isolated pattern rate (55.2%) and in negotiator rate (38%) in the ordinary pattern rate (37%), in the consultant pattern rate (44.3%), in hesitated pattern rate (26.9%).
