As part of the student exchange program, the president of Assiut University met with a delegation of students from the Faculty of Pharmacy in India and Canada, as well as members of the scientific association at the Faculty of Pharmacy.

Prof. Ahmed El-Menshawi, the president of Assiut University, met with Rhea Dion, a student from the Faculty of Pharmacy at Maniple University in India, and Atom Shine, a student from the Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Toronto in Canada. The meeting also included representatives from the scientific association at the Faculty of Pharmacy of Assiut University (EPSF-Assiut). The meeting was attended by Prof. Ahmed Abdel-Moula, the acting Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, and the dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, as well as Prof. Hassan Refaat, the faculty's vice dean for Education and Student Affairs. Ayah Hamdi Mohamed, responsible for student exchange, and Saif El-Din Ahmed Riyad, responsible for international relations, were also present at the meeting.

 

El-Menshawi confirmed that the university has signed academic conventions with foreign and Arab universities as part of their international cooperation efforts. Additionally, they have established protocols and memorandums of understanding with prominent universities at both international and regional levels. This signifies a strong commitment to fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange between institutions.

 

Prof. Ahmed Abdel-Moula stated that the visit of the guest students is part of the student exchange program organized by the scientific association at the Faculty of Pharmacy at Assiut University (EPSF-Assiut). The exchange program lasts for a duration of five months, allowing for meaningful academic and cultural activities between the participating students.
