Under the patronage of Prof. Ahmed Al-Menshawi, Acting President of Assiut University, Prof. Maha Ghanem, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, participated in the initiative 'Your College in Color' organized by the Faculty of Education at the University in partnership with "Meshwar Hayat" Association, which was chaired by Ms. Doaa Mahmoud Osman and in the presence of Dr. Hassan Mohammed Huwail, Dean of the College of Education, Dr. Mohammed Mustafa Hamad, Vice Dean of the College of Education for Community Service and Environmental Development.  In addition to the participation of a group of faculty members and their assistants in the administrative staff of the college, as well as the participation of about 30 students from the team of "friends of the environment" and volunteers from the students of the college. 
In her speech, Prof. Maha Ghanem stressed that the initiative of "Your College in Color" comes within the framework of the activities of the community service and environmental development sector, which aims to decorate and paint the sidewalks, floors and garages of the college, praising the fruitful cooperation and direct interaction through the spirit of one team between students to bring out an aesthetic appearance of the college, praising the efforts of the College of Education in creating an aesthetic and enlightening movement . She stressed the role of the arts in raising public taste, refining the student's personality and raising intellectual awareness.
