Prof. Al-Minshawy stated: "Assiut University promotes the skills and capabilities of its students to increase their competitiveness in the labor market.''

       Under the auspices of  Prof. Ahmed El-Minshawy, President of Assiut University, the activities of the educational symposium "Develop and Change" were held, which was organized by the Faculty of Early Childhood Education in cooperation with the Directorate of Youth and Sports in Assiut, in the presence of Prof. Ahmed Abdel Mawla, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, and Prof. Mahmoud Abdel-Aleem, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development; and under the supervision of Prof. Reham Refaat El-Meligy, Dean of the faculty of Early Childhood Education, and Dr. Alaa Gad, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Youth and Sports in Assiut.

       Prof. Ahmed El-Minshawy emphasized that the various activities organized by the university open new horizons for developing students' abilities, increasing their competitiveness, and preparing them for working life. He also stressed the importance of enhancing the skills and capabilities of graduates and supporting innovation and entrepreneurship.
