Dr. Maha Ghanem, received Dr. Gamal Ahmed Dhaif Allah, the chairman of the Dhaif Allah Economic Group's board of directors

Dr. Maha Ghanem, the acting president of Assiut University, received Dr. Gamal Ahmed Dhaif Allah, the chairman of the Dhaif Allah Economic Group's board of directors, along with a delegation representing the management of the Dhaif Allah International School of Applied Technology and Artificial Intelligence in Assiut Governorate. The meeting was attended by Dr. Hamdi Zidan, the director of the Integrated Technology Transfer Unit at Assiut University.
During the meeting, the president of Assiut University highlighted the importance of the project, which aims to provide an opportunity to enroll in one of the technical education specializations at the secondary level for a period of three years, qualifying young people to join specialized colleges in the fields of engineering, computing, information, and artificial intelligence. This is considered one of the pillars of progress in countries and a component of development and progress in all fields.
Dr. Maha Ghanem stated that the meeting aimed to learn about the details of the new school's launch and areas of cooperation, emphasizing the university's readiness to provide the necessary scientific and logistical support for this project, which represents an addition to the fields of education in Upper Egypt, within the framework of the university's keenness to provide a model of cooperation between government institutions and the private sector.
Dr. Gamal Dhaif Allah explained that the Dhaif Allah International School of Applied Technology and Artificial Intelligence is a school within the "Egyptian Labor Force" project, in partnership with the US Agency for International Development (USAID), under the umbrella of the Ministry of Higher Education and the Ministry of Education and Technical Education. He pointed out that the study began at the beginning of the current academic year, 2022/2023, for the first time with the participation of 100 students from different governorates who were accepted into the school after reviewing the students' desires through the Ministry of Education and Technical Education and ensuring their compliance with the admission rules and conditions, and passing the tests that measure their professional inclinations and evaluate their mental abilities.
