Dr.. Al-Minshawi: He confirms the university’s keenness to provide facilities to foreign 
students and integrate them into academic and student activities
Dr. Ahmed El-Menshawy, President of Assiut University, received in his office, today, 
Wednesday, January 17, Dr. Abdel-Rahman Al-Rajaan, the cultural attaché of the State of 
Kuwait in Cairo, to discuss ways to enhance joint cooperation relations in the research 
and academic fields between the two parties, in the presence of Dr. Dweib Saber, Dean of 
the Faculty of Law and Legal Advisor to the President of the University. Asyut.
The meeting witnessed a dialogue on a number of topics related to the educational and 
research process, opening new areas of cooperation and advancing it in various 
educational, cultural and research fields.
Dr. El-Menshawy welcomed the university’s guest, praising the fruitful cooperation and 
fraternal relations with the State of Kuwait and the depth of scientific and cultural 
relations that bring together the Egyptian and Kuwaiti peoples, pointing out that Assiut 
University cares about foreign students, provides facilities for them and is keen to 
integrate them into scientific and student activities while providing them with the best 
climate to help them achieve. Scientific and cognitive, in order to enrich their 
educational experience at the university, and to become their preferred interface for 
transferring and exchanging scientific, research, cultural, social and humanitarian

For his part, Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Rajaan expressed his desire to support cooperation 
with Assiut University, praising the status of Assiut University, its scientific and 
cultural excellence, and its advanced position in the international classification, 
thanking the university administration for the educational services it provides, 
study programs, and distinguished social and health care for its expatriate students.
