Discussion of the master’s thesis by researcher Bandar Majid Muhammad Awad Al-Mutairi (Kuwaiti nationality) 
under the title “The right of the state to engage in diplomatic representation.”

This will be on Tuesday, 12/5/2023, at three in the afternoon, in the discussion hall in the university’s administrative building.
